Grab a green tomatoe an flour it up and fry in some peanut oil:? Oh the savory fried flesh of a green tomatoe with breaded crust.

Go ahead an try to compare home grown to store bought.

Pictured about is one clustered bed garden, I ran out of cinder blocks but planning to get another pallet next spring. It’s going to get immensely better, other worldly.

More borage flowers than I’ve ever seen, so many bees! Plant some if you never have.

Raspberries producing steady, might be peaking soon.

Got these ferns from a good friends mom she was so sweet to lend me them. Can’t wait until next year when they come back so full. Ferns are rarely seen in the city. They’d prolly call them blight. Good all ordinances coming to the rescue!

Planting annuals adding that nice touch to your garden.

garden

Poked my head around the greenhouse yesterday! Couldn’t help myself when I saw the marigolds, my mom likes the wave petunias. So loaded up the car and off I went.

Changed the tree trunk urn to the wave petunias!

Them Marigolds are susposed to keep bad bugs away from eating your plants I’m not sure what all they deter, but eh good for the cause.

My lil coffee books beginning to appear

Planting annuals in Michigan a little late but just on the safe side. I know some people have had them out 4 weeks now, but It’ll last all summer!
 keep it free yall

Video: Red Wiggler Worms working in a Compost Pile

chicken coop, Compost Pile, garden, Videos

Hey ever since I started “Lenny’s Worm Farm” ive always been interested in the ways worms play a vital role in gardening. When I started this compost pile a year ago I knew it needed red wigglers, a breed of worm known for its ability to eat and munch on all the good scraps and produce worm castings. I bought 200 and released them hoping for a good turnout. and now I can say I think its happening there are tons of worms in my pile. Oh they just love me ❤

please enjoy this brief video:
